By Bus- You can find the direct bus (ordinary or Volvo both) from Kashmiri Gate interstate bus terminal in Delhi. The fare of the ordinary bus is around Rs 400-500 (overnight journey). You can also come to Haridwar from Delhi by Bus and then Haridwar to Rishikesh.
By Train- You can also come to Rishikesh by Train. This is the cheapest way. Come to Haridwar from Delhi by train (7-8 hours journey) and then come to Rishikesh by bus. In this way, you can reach Rishikesh From Delhi at just Rs 250.
